Our 10-Year Limited Warranty

Seattle Window Defoggers offers a 10-YEAR WARRANTY for both Commercial and Residential installations. The warranty period begins when the Window Defoggers restoration is completed. Transferring ownership is possible, as long as the original receipt is produced for warranty claims.

For Defogging Service each dealer shall provide:

• Re-servicing of your window(s) if visible water, or water droplets, remains between your thermal window panes more than twelve (12) weeks after the Window Foggers installation. A complete refund of the purchase price will be given if we are unable to remove the moisture from between your window panes within the first year after installation.
• A replacement window is provided if window breakage should occur when the dealer performs window restoration work.
• Replacing a one-way valve may occur if water droplets appear between the thermal windowpanes after a Window Defoggers restoration treatment has been completed

For Glass Replacement each dealer shall provide:

• A ten (10) year warranty against all defects in material, workmanship and seal failure from the date of original installation.
• In the case of seal failure during the warranty period, we reserve the right to Defog rather than Replace the IG unit.
